NSW Hire Car Association

Founded in June 2015, the NSW Hire Car Association (HCA) unites small and medium-sized hire car companies and individual drivers under one common purpose: to be the voice for the industry in New South Wales
STRUCTURE

Our Legal identity

We are a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee (ACN: 605 968 590, ABN: 12 605 968 590). This structure means our members’ liability is limited — in the unlikely event that the association is wound up, each member contributes only what they’ve agreed to.

Though NSW HCA is a separate legal entity (able to hold property, enter contracts, and litigate independently of its members), it is fully accountable to its membership.
